At Manychat, we believe that effective communication isn’t just nice – it’s everything. We help our customers reach their audience in a way that feels meaningful, valued, and engaging from the first click to the last.

We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter who knows how to bring a story to life. Someone who can take a technical product and give it a voice that speaks directly to creators.

You’ll write landing pages, emails, ads, and the occasional long-form piece like blogs. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the voice of our biggest event of the year: a summit that brings thousands of creators together. Big audience, big impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Create performance-centric content that converts and engages audiences all over the world.
• Guide users with top- and middle-of-the-funnel content (particularly for ads and events), producing materials that teach our audience, highlight our tool’s value, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with the Growth Team to ensure alignment on messaging and content strategy.
• Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on high-quality content that resonates with our audience rather than churning out large volumes.
• Partner with the Video Production Team to develop scripts and content for events, ads, and other videos, ensuring consistent messaging across different formats.
• Write marketing content, crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messages that drive B2B audiences to take action.
• Innovate content development by exploring fun and interesting ways to integrate our products into short-form video.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in marketing writing, ideally within high-growth B2B tech companies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Ability and confidence to translate technical details into clear, engaging, and motivating content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for working cross-functionally and building relationships.
• Ability to use data and analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
