We’re Seeking a talented Creative Concept Designer To join our team.

Job Purpose 

The Conceptual Art Developer will be responsible for transforming ideas into compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and advanced design expertise to develop innovative concepts for events, activations, and creative campaigns.

Job Responsibilities: 

-Develop creative concepts for corporate  events and weddings

-Translate client briefs into strong visual directions and ideas

-Create mood boards, sketches, and initial concept drafts

-Ensure all concepts align with client objectives and brand identity

-Incorporate market trends and audience insights into creative outputs

-Guide the design team in developing 2D and 3D outputs

-Present concepts clearly and professionally to clients

-Prepare presentations that communicate ideas effectively

-Work closely with internal teams (design, production, business development)

-Support smooth execution from concept to final delivery

-Participate in brainstorming sessions and project planning

Requirements

Job Requirements: 

-Minimum 6 years of experience in conceptual design, creative design, or a similar role

-Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts (events, exhibitions, branding, or campaigns)

-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

-Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) is a strong plus

-Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills

-Strong understanding of branding, spatial design, and user experience

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

-Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

-Background in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture, or Graphic Design

-Experience in events, experiential marketing, or production agencies

-Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and production processes

Location: New Cairo

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
