As a Creative Account Manager for Whitbread’s Branded Restaurants account, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional creative services that meet both the client’s contractual requirements and ITG’s internal KPIs. You’ll act as the key liaison between the client and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest creative standard. With a strong focus on accuracy, process, and relationship management, you will help drive campaign success and ensure an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint.
