  • Experience in project management is required. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project, as well as methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, is considered a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of CPQ and CRM tools is required. Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics is a strong advantage, as well as experience with system integration, data governance and UAT practices.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, IT and engineering teams.
  • Adaptable and resilient with strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage competing priorities and multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Additional German skills are a huge advantage.

This position can be based either in Stuttgart (Germany) or at any other Syntegon location in Europe.
