Purpose:

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare Drafts for contracts and check / approval from legal and local parties involved.
  • Communicate and manage the archive of the signed contracts with the customers.
  • Ensure and follow up the setups of Commercial Contract Management in ERP based on the commercial policy and in seasonal rebate changes.
  • Calculate rebates per customer during the season based on input from commercials and reflect them well into the required documents and systems. Cooperate closely with Pricing Manager and Finance in this matter.
  • Liaise with customers and commercials to ensure required sign offs and approvals. 
  • Issue credit and debit notes linked to rebates or rebate correction.
  • Maintain accruals in ERP with focus on monthly check and new products where applicable. Support Finance in this respect.   
  • Lead preparation requested by internal and external audits from Supply, incl. customer service, as well as coordinating it with auditors and departmental leads within the organization for contracts and rebate.
  • Contribute to the sales performance monitoring and prepare requested reports as needed.
  • Back up customer services.
  • Handle sales orders, monitor deliveries and communicate with customers (internal & external).
  • Drive continues improvement processes and systems, as well lead / coordinate projects related to.
  • Master’s degree in economics or related fields
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Aptitude to work under pressure and deliver promises under tight timelines
  • Customer oriented and understanding of the key customer requirements
  • Appetence to work with IT tools including ERPs and MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritization, adaptation to the changing environment to achieve excellence in delivery
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
