職務概要

急成長中の当社フードデリバリープラットフォームを利用するフランチャイズチェーン、レストラングループ、法人顧客の開拓・獲得・管理を担当します。

主な業務内容

• 日本国内の主要フードフランチャイズ、レストランチェーン、法人パートナーの特定と優先順位付け
• 意思決定権者（本社フランチャイズ担当者、経営者など）との関係構築および維持
• 潜在顧客への営業プレゼンテーション・製品デモの提供
• 長期的価値を重視した条件交渉およびパートナー契約の締結
• 他部署との連携によるフランチャイズ・オンボーディングの最適化
• 競合他社の分析および市場動向調査による進出戦略の調整

必須スキル・資格

• 経営学、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士学位
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• 食品・テクノロジーまたは関連分野での3年以上のB2B営業経験
• 日本のビジネスマナーおよび交渉スタイルに関する深い理解
• Salesforce、HubSpotなどのCRMツールの活用スキル
• 高度な営業プレゼンテーション能力と自主的な商談推進力
