OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Admin, Senior Analyst to support and manage our Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay systems (Coupa, primarily). Reporting to the VP of Procurement, the Senior Analyst will be our Coupa system admin, drive training, configuration, design tests and ensure Coupa system’s releases continue to work flawlessly from the business side while driving Coupa best practices. This role will also support our procurement team as a data analyst, building dashboards and bespoke data analysis. The Senior Analyst should have excellent customer service skills and a mindset to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, drive cost savings, and promote system safety and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Act-As Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME) (e.g. Power User) for the company
  • Focus on user experience and efficiency, with proactive training of new users, regular office hours, and prioritized support of questions and problem resolution
  • Help identify, and support execution of, areas to improve our operations across functions and regions
  • Collaborate effectively with Business stakeholders and be the initial POC for any Coupa training/configuring/designing related requests.
  • Lead and support international Coupa rollouts, coordinating requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, training, and go live support for new countries or business entities
  • Manage day-to-day requests for help/problem solving and corporate system administration duties
  • Streamline procurement data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines
  • Create stories based on data, i.e. analyzing collected data and putting into format others can easily interpret
  • Support sourcing event data collection and analysis for various categories as needed
  • Design tests, along with IT to manage integration of our instance and any other 3rd party applications that are connected during Coupa system’s release
  • Prepare reports for organizational leadership to use in a business setting
  • Collaborate with other employees, including engineers and programmers, to determine areas of improvement related to data.
  • Frequently connect with Coupa’s community of users and promote Coupa’s best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot Coupa as well as any other procurement systems operational issues to help resolve user’s issues. And lead/assist application testing in medium to large size projects
  • Define and maintain Coupa policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent global usage
  • Act as the procurement systems owner for continuous improvement
  • Assist in managing- the relationship with Coupa and implementation partners, including roadmap discussions, escalations, and business reviews
  • Lead change management, communication, and adoption strategies for Coupa enhancements and global rollouts
  • Maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Supply Chain or Technology or Finance
  • Coupa Platform Certification – Preferred
  • 3+ years of Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience as a Coupa system Administrator
  • 3+ years hands-on experience on Coupa SIM, Analytics, Sourcing modules configuration and integration of ERP/Middleware/3rd party applications via flat file and API's
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience handling mid to large sized projects
  • Top level customer service and communications skills are required
  • A highly motivated performer, with a demonstrated ability to support and help organizations in procurement system and process adoption
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred. Must be comfortable creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
