Role Overview
The Country Sales Director is responsible for key account management, B2B sales strategy, MRO solution development, revenue growth, team leadership, and market analysis.
The role reports to the Country General Manager and directly manages 5–6 Key Account Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key account (KA) customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer business models, procurement needs, and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular customer communication and site visits to identify changing needs and provide professional recommendations.
MRO Solution Development
- Design and deliver customized MRO product and service solutions aligned with customer operational and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions, including demand analysis, product selection, and after-sales support.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and key account growth plans to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, and industry analysis.
- Drive market expansion and increase market share within the MRO and industrial supplies sector.
Team Leadership & Sales Management
- Lead, train, and coach the key account sales team to improve performance and professional capabilities.
- Establish efficient sales operations and customer service processes to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Adjust customer strategies to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of key account policies and commercial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; industrial engineering or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, industrial sales, or MRO-related roles.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise clients or strategic accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
