Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our expansion and operations in Morocco. This role is pivotal in establishing and growing our presence in the Moroccan FX and CFD market, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strong leadership and strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Execute the company’s comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand its market share in Morocco.

Team Management

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team, including business development, sales, and marketing professionals.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates and Institutional clients.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage the country’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner/client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Brand Representation

  • Act as the company’s official representative in Morocco, enhancing brand visibility through networking, industry events, and media engagements.


Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FX and CFD brokerage industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic planning.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Moroccan financial market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages

  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required.
