Country Manager – Philippines

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset’s operations and growth in the Philippines. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for the Philippines.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
• Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in the Philippines.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep network and understanding of the Philippines’ financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
• Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.
• Established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders in the Philippines.
