Country Manager - Indonesia

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead and drive the growth of our mobile trading application in Indonesia.

This role is responsible for building the Indonesian market from the ground up, including user acquisition, digital growth strategy, business performance, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong business leader with proven experience in mobile app growth, digital marketing, and market expansion, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves working closely with regional leadership and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum 5–12 years of experience in:
• Fintech / trading / financial services or
• High-growth digital platforms (mobile app / e-commerce / tech)
• Proven track record in:
• Building or scaling a market (0→10)
• Driving mobile app growth and user acquisition
• Strong understanding of:
• Digital marketing and performance channels
• Mobile app business models and user behaviour
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a mandatory

Additional advantages requirements

• Experience in Forex / trading / crypto platforms
• Experience working with regional or China-based stakeholders
• Experience in affiliate / IB (Introducing Broker) business models
• Understand Mandarin-Chinese is preferable
