Country Manager- Business Development Manager

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing a sales team, and executing strategic sales initiatives in the Malaysian IT solutions market.

JD –

• Highly accomplished sales professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry

• Experience in selling IT solutions and staffing in Malaysia Is mandatory. (Malaysia Market exp mandatory)

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

• Proficient in managing a sales team, creating and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, resulting in increases loyalty and repeated business

• Acquiring new logos, developing pipeline, working with industry influencers to grow the business

• Driving C level conversations, demonstrating value, negotiating and closing deals

• Ability to identify emerging trends and customer needs and plan sales strategies accordingly
