Costing & Procurement

ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking a candidate for the position of Costing & Procurement, on behalf of its client, one of the leading Greek food export companies. The selected candidate will join their dynamic team and assist in the procedures related to the coordination of Costing, Procurement and Reporting

Requirements

• Costing (Assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of product cost calculations. Maintain and update cost databases and records. Collaborate with the team to identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare related reports) .
• Procurement Assistance (Provide administrative and operational support in procurement activities).
• Project Management & Reporting (Collect, organize, and analyze data related to procurement and costing activities. Prepare reports once a month for management)
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration (Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on costing and procurement processes, e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product Development department).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
