About the Team: 

The Accounting team at Relativity spans tax and compliance, financial operations, general ledger, and business data strategy. While each group brings unique insights, they are united by a shared goal of protecting the financial integrity of Relativity, while also enabling smarter, faster decisions to help the company scale. You’ll collaborate deeply with teams across the business, ask the right questions, and become a trusted partner, not just a processor. With a focus on enabling growth, you’ll bring both structure and creativity to a highly dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Own the costing and reporting of major subassemblies such as engines, avionics, and structures
  • Manage the monthly variance analyses for P&L and balance sheet account categories
  • Lead major projects such as the adoption of new costing functions
  • Generate and review general journal entries, as part of regular monthly financial close
  • Perform system updates and administration functions to support part costing
  • Engage with team leaders in Production Operations, Purchasing, Planning, & Engineering for program reporting and project implementation
  • Partner with Materials Management and Production to ensure accurate warehouse and shop floor inventory centers

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • 5+ Years of Cost Accounting experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with major ERP software
  • Proficient in documentation
  • Effective in presenting to diverse audiences
  • Experience with Work Order Costing

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Experience with SQL, or other reporting languages
  • LN Infor experience
  • Calculation of Direct and Overhead Rates
  • Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
  • Cycle Count program administration.

$107,000$136,400 USD
