What You ‘ll Be Doing :

• Accounting: Posting accounting entries (supplier invoices, purchases, transportation fees)
• Cost Accounting preparation: Monitors, reviews, and reconciles monthly hours postings (industrial timekeeping), prepares and executes allocation cycles.
• SAP Operations: Utilizing SAP FI, CO, and MM modules to manage financial flows, cost centers, and material requirements and providing ad-hoc reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and contribute to the month-end/year-end closing process.
• VAT and MyData obligations: Prepare monthly VAT reports, review and reconcile VAT against MyData.
• System Destructions & Write-offs: Assist in the administration preparations Overseeing the recording of destruction of fixed assets and stock write-offs in the system, ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, specifically within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Knowledge of SAP Fi, CO, MM.
• Deep understanding of industrial production flows and inventory cycles.
• High level of accuracy and an "eagle-eye" for detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.
• Preparation of VAT, Indirect taxes and MyData reconciliation experience.
