REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
 CS with 3-4 years of work experience in secretarial and legal function
 Experience in banking / NBFC sector is preferred
 Understanding of corporate law and governance
 Experience in a secretarial or governance role is preferred
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
