The Foth Companies is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to accelerate talent acquisition across engineering, science and professional roles. This position will be based out of our Green Bay, WI location with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (onsite + flexible remote). Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own full cycle recruiting through intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview orchestration, offers, and onboarding hand-offs
  • Source hard-to-find talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, job boards, professional associations, artificial intelligence, etc.; build proactive pipelines for priority disciplines
  • Champion candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and brand aligned touchpoints
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on sourcing and interview plans, hiring selection and competitive and attractive offer proposals
  • Serve as an extension of the business unit you are supporting as you attend team meetings, events, trade shows, etc.
  • Partner with marketing to amplify our employer brand (social campaigns, targeted ads, career site content, etc.)
  • Promote Foth at career fairs and other networking events and travel as appropriate to support these events
  • Identify and maintain staffing partner relationships when applicable; ensuring quality and culture fit for candidates submitted
  • Ensure compliance and diversity with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Promote inclusion in the hiring process and actively seek a diverse candidate pool
  • Train and educate Foth team members on interviewing best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement seeking ways to improve the recruitment process, such as implementing new tools or strategies
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of post-high school education and additional related experience
  • Minimum five years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and competencies, including technical and professional level positions
  • Experience developing and proactively executing a variety of innovative, strategic sourcing techniques
  • Experience sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience recruiting engineers and scientists in a professional services environment
  • Established network in the engineering/scientific community
  • Familiarity with Lever ATS
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience utilizing artificial intelligence for recruiting activities
