This role is designed for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys both proactive sourcing and high-quality candidate screening, and takes pride in moving talent through the hiring process efficiently and thoughtfully.   This position focuses on delivery for high-volume, repeatable hiring needs, while still requiring strong judgment, candidate assessment skills, and the ability to adapt recruiting approaches by market and seasonality.   This is an onsite role based at our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD. Candidates in nearby areas such as Columbia, Laurel, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Baltimore, and Annapolis are encouraged to apply.   Your Impact: In this role, you’ll directly influence Window Nation’s ability to hire and retain talent in critical roles that power our day-to-day operations. You’ll help reduce time-to-hire, improve candidate quality through stronger screening and qualification, and ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience across markets. Success in this role is measured less by raw hire volume and more by speed, quality, and execution. What You'll Do:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across multiple U.S. markets and time zones
  • Support hiring for roles such as event sales and marketing associates, door-to-door canvassers, call center agents, and field-based operational roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market conditions, and priorities
  • Actively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, local outreach, and creative sourcing methods
  • Review applications, conduct phone and virtual screens, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and role alignment
  • Move candidates efficiently through the ATS pipeline with timely communication and follow-up
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offer and hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records, requisition details, and hire data in our ATS (Lever)
  • Monitor and improve recruiting performance metrics, including:
  • ~Time to Hire
    ~Screen-to-Interview and Screen-to-Hire conversion rates
    ~Timeliness of candidate engagement and pipeline movement
  • Adjust sourcing and recruiting plans based on seasonality, geography, and labor market dynamics
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal hiring standards
  • Continuously look for ways to work smarter by leveraging recruiting technology, automation, and process improvements
  • What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates effectively
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting CRM
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume or frontline roles
  • Exposure to multi-market or multi-stage recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt quickly with appropriate sense of urgency as hiring needs change
  • Clear, professional communication skills – both verbal and written – with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
