Corporate Marketing Associate

Our client in the global digital services industry is seeking a proactive Corporate Marketing Associate to support their global marketing team across corporate communications, analyst relations, media engagement, and digital initiatives. This role offers exposure to a high-performing, global organisation where marketing, brand, and corporate reputation come together to tell one unified story.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and teams worldwide to execute projects that strengthen the organisation's corporate visibility and thought leadership.

What you will do:

Corporate Marketing Support

• Assist in developing and coordinating corporate campaigns, messaging, and leadership communications.
• Support brand alignment across internal and external materials.

Website & Digital Content

• Draft, edit, and update content for the corporate website, ensuring accuracy and tone consistency.
• Partner with design and digital teams to manage updates, press releases, and new content postings.

Analyst Relations (AR)

• Provide logistical and research support for analyst briefings, inquiries, and report tracking.
• Maintain databases, coordinate materials, and monitor analyst mentions and insights.
   

Media Support

• Assist in media monitoring, tracking coverage, and preparing reports.
• Support award submissions, media lists, and press engagement logistics.
   

Special Projects

• Contribute to high-visibility projects across marketing, communications, and executive engagement.
• Research, coordinate deliverables, and support event or announcement planning.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the Head of AR, Media & Corporate Marketing.
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare briefing documents, and support budget tracking and vendor coordination.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Communications, or Analyst/Media Relations (IT services experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, CMS, or media monitoring tools a plus.
