Corporate Finance Senior Manager

TLDR

Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations while analyzing financial performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business metrics.

Support the fundraising process from NDA and dataroom creation until due diligence process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update business matrix and financial performance
Support the Investor Relation process such as board meeting material preparation, investor data request etc.
Analyze company matrix, financial performance and business data for FPNA and management presentation.
Maintaining dataroom version and monthly data update for investor and internal monitoring

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Have min. 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance
Experienced with building financial model and company valuation (DCF, Comparables)
Experienced with FPNA, creating and/or monitoring business matrix
Solid understanding of PnL, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
Experienced in fundraising process, investors relations (dataroom, board meeting, etc.)
Good skill with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Experienced with creating and/or updating investment deck, drafting response to Information-Request-List (QnA) from investors
