Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Corporate Finance Manager. The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing detailed financial statements, creating financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The role also involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Qualification
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in Financial Modeling for forecasting and business analysis
Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis
Experience with Financial Statements and understanding their preparation and implications
Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA or CFA qualification is preferred
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
