About the Role

The Corporate Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership to evaluate financial performance, drive business insights, and ensure the company’s financial sustainability and growth. The Corporate Finance Lead will manage key financial initiatives, including investment analysis, financial modeling, and risk management, while also ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Drive the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze business performance and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Build advanced financial models to support strategic projects, investments, and scenario planning.

Investor Relations

  • Support the preparation of investor materials, including financial reports, quarterly updates, and corporate presentations.
  • Coordinate communication with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment between company strategy and investor expectations.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and synergy analysis for potential transactions.
  • Collaborate with legal, strategy, and business units to develop acquisition and integration plans.

Due Diligence & Deal Support

  • Manage cross-functional due diligence processes for acquisitions, investments, and divestitures.
  • Prepare investment memos, business cases, and recommendations for executive management and the Board.
  • Ensure financial assumptions, risks, and opportunities are thoroughly evaluated.

Corporate Finance & Capital Management

  • Oversee cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure management.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support corporate fundraising, debt financing, and engagement with financial institutions, when needed.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Strategy, Operations, and Business Units to align financial and business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members to build analytical capabilities and business acumen.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or M&A.
  • 2 Years experiences leading the team consist of minimum 3 people
  • Proven experience handling investor relations, M&A transactions, or due diligence processes.
  • Strong track record in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, valuations, and investment principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executives or investors.
  • Ability to manage high-stakes projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive, strategic, and collaborative mindset.
