At DENSO International Europe, based in Amsterdam, we're looking for a highly motivated Corporate Communications Intern to join our Regional Corporate Communications team.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of communication activities within a global organization. You will work closely with the Corporate Communications team to strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure our communication programs are carried out effectively.
 

Corporate Communications Intern – Content & Projects

This intern supports the Corporate Communications team by creating and curating internal content, assisting with writing, coordinating communication-related projects, managing brand assets, and providing day-to-day team support. This role is best suited for someone with strong storytelling, writing, digital communications, organizational, and cross-team coordination skills.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications: draft and publish the internal newsletter, collect updates from teams, ensure timely content submission, and organize the content for publication.
  • Content Writing & Editing: write and edit (internal) content, including announcements, intranet articles, short-form content for social media, and proofread for clarity, accuracy, and brand tone.
  • Website Updates (Sitecore): update corporate website content using Sitecore, support basic content publishing, and check.
  • Branding & Collateral Projects: assist with branding projects and brand rollouts, and update corporate materials such as corporate profiles, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Media Library & Asset Management: organize and maintain images, videos, and design files, and ensure assets are clearly named, stored, and easy to find.
  • Project & Team Coordination: support coordination projects and timelines, assist the team with administrative tasks and documentation, and liaise with suppliers as needed.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A background and strong interest in corporate communications, internal communications, creative communications, and/or related fields.
  • Proficiency in writing high-quality content for diverse requirements and audiences across various formats (written, spoken, and presented).
  • Proficiency in Office applications. Knowledge of, or eagerness to learn, content management systems (Sitecore) and design tools (Adobe) are a plus.
  • Attention to detail, a habit of double-checking work, an eye for visual detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, a commitment to quality, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

NOTE: You must be enrolled at a recognized educational institution and have a valid permit to intern in the Netherlands.
