About Us:
Sharebite is the leading meal benefits platform built exclusively for companies to feed their employees. Our platform allows employees to order meals from any restaurant while streamlining all of the ordering & billing requirements for the company. Every meal ordered through the Sharebite platform results in a meal donation to local partners like City Harvest and Feeding America to help combat food insecurity. To date, Sharebite has donated over 15 million meals.
The Role:
We’re scaling our white-glove catering program – a high-touch, food-forward service – and this is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely amped about food, menus, and making complex orders work. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, food-savvy operator to join us in a temporary (~6-month) role, with the potential to convert to full-time. This person will sit at the center of the program: partnering directly with clients to understand their needs, translating those requirements into thoughtful, well-balanced group and catering-style menus, working closely with restaurant partners, and coordinating execution end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for curating menus that actually make sense — balancing headcount, dietary and allergen needs, preferences, and budget constraints — while navigating real-world kitchen limitations. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams (Restaurant Operations, Client Account Management, Support, and Product) to ensure every order is set up correctly and executed smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who knows food, can confidently speak with clients and restaurants, and enjoys the puzzle of building great menus under constraints. It’s a cross-functional, fast-paced role where operational precision meets hospitality — and where good judgment and taste genuinely matter. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast paced, operations heavy environment. This role is not a good fit for those who have spent their career at large, slower-paced companies where the deadlines are long and the expectations aren’t very high.
