On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Corporate Administrator (Hybrid) with 2-3 years of experience to manage corporate filings, banking administration, client coordination, and general compliance and administrative tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Company Management: Prepare and submit filings to the Registrar of Companies (new incorporations, HE forms, Annual Returns), and draft corporate documents such as resolutions, minutes, and POAs.

  • Bank Account Administration: Liaise with banks and financial institutions to open, maintain, and review client bank accounts (including EMIs and local banks), exercising sound judgment to resolve issues.

  • Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Database & Document Management: Maintain accurate and compliant client records within internal databases and document management systems.

  • Compliance Support: Assist with AML procedures and support the compliance team with related tasks.

  • General Administrative Support: Handle additional administrative and client-related duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years work experience in a similar field

  • University degree

  • AML Certification is an advantage

  • Fluent business level in Greek and English

  • An additional language will be considered an advantage

  • Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and ability to use software

  • Team work spirit and interpersonal skills
