Core Services Analyst - Part Time - 3 days a week

We’re looking for a Core Services Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team within L&G Retail. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our Change Portfolio and ensuring smooth operations across Data and Technology functions. You’ll be a key point of contact for over 250 colleagues, helping us maintain high standards and deliver exceptional service.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing administrative support to delivery teams and stakeholders
• Managing the PMO mailbox and responding promptly to queries
• Coordinating and booking meetings, including logistics for governance forums
• Assisting with procurement activities and processing purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and centralised repositories
• Generating and processing reports and datasets to support governance
• Administering PMO tools such as SharePoint, Jira and PowerBI
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recommending automation

Who we're looking for:

• Strong prioritisation and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service
• Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across teams
• Previous experience in financial administration, including budgets and invoicing
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools including Power BI, SharePoint and Teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile desirable)
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
