Job Title: Core Java Developer
Location: Manhattan, NY (Local candidates only)
Employment Type: W2 Only
Rate: $75/hr on W2

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong Core Java (Backend-focused)

• Spring / Spring Boot

• AWS (Cloud Development & Deployment)

• ElasticSearch (Elastic, ElasticDB, etc.)

• Kafka / Apache Kafka

Job Description:

• Expert in Core Java and backend system design

• Experience working across large-scale enterprise environments

• Skilled across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tooling

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks; capable of coaching Agile teams

• Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, TDD, Cloud-native development, resiliency, and security

• Keeps current with emerging technologies and trends, applying them to business solutions

• May contribute thought leadership via public speaking or technical writing

Preferred:

• Experience with microservices architecture
