We’re looking for a skilled, versatile writer to join our Executive Communications & PR team – someone who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that resonate across audiences, channels, and formats.
This role sits at the intersection of PR, thought leadership, and ghostwriting. You’ll bounce ideas, shape content, research fast, navigate tight deadlines, and help craft narratives that align with our strategic goals. The tasks are challenging, but you won’t be doing them alone – you’ll be part of a writers’ room with other dedicated writers.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong pen, a sharp mind, and the confidence to handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with a dedicated writer on the Executive Communications team to develop PR and leadership messages for internal and external channels, including statements, speeches, opinion pieces, bylines, and corporate messaging.
Research and gather information quickly to learn new topics and turn insights into clear narratives.
Work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Spot potential PR angles and storytelling opportunities.
Contribute to developing and executing the corporate communications strategy across global media channels.
Core Requirements
3+ years of experience in PR writing or copywriting.
Strong writing skills in English and Lithuanian.
Ability to write in multiple voices, adapt tone, and switch formats (op-ed, speech, press quote, narrative piece, etc.).
Proven experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
Resilience, speed, and the ability to work calmly under pressure and tight deadlines.
Bonus points for
Experience with tech or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with media relations, PR workflows, or newsroom dynamics.
Experience writing for leadership personas or ghostwriting.
Curiosity for technology, innovation, business, and global media trends.

Salary Range
Gross salary 2000-3700 EUR/Month.
