TLDR
The Copywriter is responsible for writing high-impact content for engaging campaigns and print assets that resonate with the audience and help in their faith journey.
- Write and optimize copy that encourages consistent daily Bible engagement, applying behavioral psychology and habit formation principles.
- Develop user-facing messaging across in-app experiences, push notifications, and email campaigns that drive recurring user engagement.
- Apply user behavior insights to shape headlines, calls-to-action, and engagement strategies that support habit formation.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development, including generating variations, testing messaging approaches, and drafting content.
- Write for a global audience across diverse stages of faith, ensuring messaging is accessible and translates effectively across languages and cultures.
- Create copy designed to translate seamlessly across languages and cultures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills with a sharp eye for brand consistency.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for AI writing tools.
