About the Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and self-driven copywriter to join Cambly's Global Creative Strategy team. You'll craft compelling, culturally resonant copy across multiple platforms—from social media and email campaigns to landing pages and paid ads—ensuring every message drives acquisition and engagement across diverse markets. You'll be instrumental in shaping how millions of learners discover and connect with Cambly, managing localization workflows across six or more languages.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of mediums, including website pages, advertisements, emails, social media posts, and product touchpoints that drive user acquisition and engagement.

  • Establish processes and manage end-to-end localization workflow for six or more languages, partnering with the localization team to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and quality across all markets.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and localization teams to develop cohesive campaigns that align with brand and project goals.

  • Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and cultural contexts based on target audience insights and market research.

  • Apply SEO and conversion best practices, support A/B testing, and optimize creative to drive measurable results.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Native-level or fluent English writing and speaking skills with exceptional grammar and clarity.

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand storytelling.

  • Strong creative writing and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, engagement).

  • Highly proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Passion for Cambly’s mission and a customer-centric mindset.
