Position Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating CAT Parts Claim processes, providing administrative support for PCC systems, and overseeing inventory control for designated projects.       

Position Duties/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist stores with claim entry and resolution
  • Monitor claim status and escalate complex or unresolved cases
  • Reconcile reimbursements and provide initial review of claims to ensure reimbursements have been received from vendors
  • Educate project team on claim procedures and best practices
  • Update PCC user setups
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking for special projects including but not limited to OEM builds, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting operational efficiencies

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as required

Position Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more of experience in office administration

Preferred

  • 3 years or more of experience in Parts administration/processes

  • Works under general supervision. Employee acts independently to handle standard problems but usually report on such problems.  More unusual problems are referred to a supervisor/manager.
