We’re working on some pretty cool projects right now, and there’s plenty more in our (very long) pipeline, so we are growing and need a talented organiser to help support our awesome team.

The role

We are looking for a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our OnAccount team on a part-time basis. You will support the team in delivering a variety of software solutions to large and small clients. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience, with a background in accounting or accounts admin and  have an interest in software and accounting systems. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy variety and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple accounting software development and implementation projects of different sizes for a small development team across a variety of clients.
  • Maintain a variety of administration and reporting tools to ensure the team runs smoothly.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Proactively coordinate project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, manage customer support systems, and ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Oversight of the system release process.
  • Maintain our product and client documents and knowledge base. 

Requirements:

  • Accounting, both transactional and some understanding of accounting software, is essential to add value to clients as business and technical partners. 
  • Outstanding organisational skills to work across concurrent development streams and the ability to be flexible when plans change.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across all areas of the business, both verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
