Job Purpose

As the Conversion Optimisation Specialist, you’ll sit within the CRM & Personalisation team and play a key role in turning curious visitors into excited, engaged players. You’ll own and optimise the full pre-conversion journey from landing page performance and welcome package creation to registration flows, onboarding pathways, and early lifecycle communications.

This role is all about removing friction, elevating the experience, and creating those “wow” moments that motivate new players to explore everything our social casino has to offer.

You’ll collaborate with friendly, passionate teams across Acquisition, CRM, Product, Promotions, Design, Copy and Data, all working together to deliver fun, personalised and high-impact experiences. Areas of Responsibility

  • Own and improve all stages of the pre-conversion funnel: landing pages, registration flows, onboarding journeys and early engagement messaging.
  • Lead landing page optimisation including variants, messaging, offers and UX improvements.
  • Analyse drop-off points within registration journeys and implement solutions that enhance flow and reduce friction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across key funnel touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX and Front-End teams to optimise user experience and improve progression.
  • Design and refine early lifecycle communication sequences (email/SMS/push) that motivate new users to explore and engage.
  • Use segmentation, behavioural insights and personalisation to deliver compelling, timely nudges.
  • Work closely with Promotions & CRM to test incentives, messaging and timing that strengthen early player engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to uncover behavioural insights and identify new optimisation opportunities.
  • Measure the impact of funnel enhancements and testing activity on key conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain and evolve dashboards to track funnel performance, landing page results and experiment outcomes.
  • Lead a structured experimentation framework with clear hypotheses, meaningful goals and high-quality QA.
  • Partner with Acquisition teams to align landing page experiences with traffic strategies and campaign insights.
  • Brief Design, Copy, CRM, Product and Promotions teams on optimisation needs and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Journey specialist to ensure continuity once players move beyond the initial lifecycle stage.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), funnel testing, landing page optimisation and registration flow enhancement.
  • Strong expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including ideation, execution and analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of behavioural drivers, UX principles, and digital friction analysis.
  • Experience optimising first purchase journeys or equivalent early lifecycle commercial funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Acquisition and CRM teams in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Practical knowledge of CMS, CRM, marketing automation and personalisation tools.
  • Understanding of online gaming behaviours and key KPIs influencing early lifecycle conversion

Desirable

  • Experience with AI-driven personalisation or predictive funnel scoring.
  • Exposure to acquisition-to-retention alignment and offer strategy optimisation.
  • Gaming industry experience.
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and experimentation frameworks.
