We are seeking a creative and experienced Conversation Designer to join our team in Prague, Czechia. In this role, you will shape the future of conversational AI by designing and optimizing engaging, intelligent interactions that power enterprise-scale AI agents. You will work closely with clients, product, and engineering teams to build conversational solutions that are intuitive, effective, and aligned to business goals. Your contributions will directly influence how customers and users interact with AI-driven systems across industries. 

Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, and optimize conversational experiences for AI-powered agents using CallMiner’s in-house agent builder 
  • Translate client business requirements and use cases into clear, effective conversational flows 
  • Create end-to-end conversation designs ranging from demos to complex, enterprise-grade AI agents 
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques to improve intent understanding, dialog flow, and response quality 
  • Launch, monitor, and iteratively improve conversational experiences based on performance data and user behavior 
  • Analyze conversation data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities 
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and help improve the agent builder platform 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Product, and Clients) to ensure solutions meet business objectives 
  • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and design guidelines 
  • Stay current on advancements in conversational AI, LLMs, and user experience design 

Requirements

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in conversational AI, chatbot, or voicebot design 
  • Proven experience designing and deploying conversational agents that deliver strong user engagement and business outcomes 
  • Hands-on experience with voice-based conversational systems 
  • Experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering and implementing AI guardrails 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret conversation data and translate insights into improvements 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical and conversational solutions 
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms and collaborating with technical teams 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Fluent in English (full professional proficiency or bilingual) 

Preferred / Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with enterprise customers or in a consulting / professional services environment 
  • Exposure to UX design, project management, customer support, or technical writing 
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or another programming language 
  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
