GHJ Search & Staffing is working an exciting Controller opportunity with a dynamic real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities:

Leading accounting and financial operations for a complex portfolio of 50–60 legal entities, including hospitality and multifamily assets.

High visibility with senior leadership

Opportunity to shape reporting, controls, and strategy in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

5–10 years of accounting experience (real estate or private equity preferred)

Strong GAAP knowledge

Strong leadership experience
