We have partnered with an innovative leader in the technology space. The team is seeking a Controller who will be leading the accounting operations with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and strategic reporting.
Responsibilities:
Lead GL, revenue, cost, and ops accounting teams
Oversee technical accounting, GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and SOX 404 controls
Partner closely with FP&A, legal, and executive teams
Develop scalable accounting processes and ERP systems for growth
Interface with auditors and oversee quarterly/year-end close
Qualifications:
CPA with Big 4 foundation and 10+ years’ experience
Expertise in technical accounting, GAAP, and SOX 404
Experience in software, SaaS, or semiconductor industry
Strong leadership, systems thinking, and change management skills
