  • Responsibilities
  • Oversee Fund Accounting: Own the full accounting cycle ensuring GAAP compliance and internal controls. Lead invoice processing, expense allocations, and review fund administrator calculations including capital call and distribution allocations.
  • Lead Management Company Month-End: Manage bookkeeping and accounting for the management company, including budget creation, cash reconciliations, balance sheet oversight, quarterly close, and performance reporting with presentations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, conduct budget vs actual analysis, and provide accurate data support to FP&A.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop finance staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company objectives.
  • Compliance Support: Lead audit project management, tax prep, SEC filings, and regulatory compliance efforts. Support quarterly compliance reporting for SEC, banking partners, and investor relations.
