En tant que Controller de gestion projets & outils Finance vous aurez les missions suivantes (liste non limitative) :

Activités récurrentes :

  • Définir, partager et monitorer la bonne application du cadre analytique du groupe (règles de gestion, procédures, communication, formation etc.)
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer le référentiel analytique du Groupe pour répondre aux enjeux business tout en s’assurant de la faisabilité dans les SI
  • Participer à l’administration fonctionnelle des outils du contrôle de gestion (Board, Power BI…)

Processus :

  • Contribuer à l’optimisation et à l’amélioration continue du cycle de gestion (clôture, processus budgétaire, reporting…)
  • Apporter son aide à la documentation des différents processus (How to, User Guide…)

Projet :

  • Collaborer au développement de l’outil d’élaboration budgétaire du groupe en tant qu’interlocuteur clef de l’équipe projet : apporter la vision transversale du contrôle de gestion, être force de proposition en tenant compte des besoins métiers collectés, contribuer au paramétrage de l’outil…
  • Intervenir en tant que référent contrôle de gestion ou chef de projet Finance pour les projets le nécessitant (optimisation de processus, intégration de nouvelles activités…)

Formation Bac + 5 (au sein d’une école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'un équivalent universitaire en contrôle de gestion ou finance)

Expérience préalable de 5/7 ans en finance, contrôle de gestion ou gestion de projet sur des thématiques financières.

• Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
• Qualités de communication écrites et orales
• Maitrise de l’anglais
• Bonne connaissance d’Excel et PowerPoint
• Expérience sur la mise en place ou l’utilisation d’un outil EPM
