About the Role
In this role, you will manage and improve the performance of Sorting Centers and Main Hubs by tracking key KPIs and ensuring operational efficiency. You will prepare performance analyses, develop the Performance Management System and oversee sorter machine operations. Additionally you will manage branch and transfer segmentation strategies, monitor transit times and vehicle compatibility, and implement actions to enhance delivery times and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
KPI Management of Sorting Centers/Main Hubs
Preparation of operational performance and efficiency analysis of Sorting Centers/ Main Hub
Management and development of Performance Management System
Monitoring and increasing Sorting Centers/Main Hubs efficiency
Management of sorter machines
Management of Branch and Transfer Segmentation Strategies
Tracking transit times and vehicle compatibility
Delivery time tracking and improvement
Expected Qualifications
Graduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering)
At least 3 years of experience in the planning department,
Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors,
Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge),
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Good team player with strong communication skills,
Team management competencies
Management of transit time and vehicle compatibility tracking
Good command of English
