What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting and / or commenting on cooperation agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and contracts with external partners / companies in cooperation with appropriate company’s departments
  • Management of contractual issues during the execution and completion of the contracts
  • Participation in contract negotiations mainly for the negotiation of contractual terms
  • Managing and submitting company bids to international (e.g. NATO) or governmental organizations or to other companies as a member of a proposal preparation team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree preferably in science or alternatively in law or public administration.
  • Experience in preparing, managing and commenting/negotiating contracts.
  • Experience in preparing, managing and administering public tenders (i.a.w. laws 3978/2011 and/or 4412/2016).
  • Capable to cooperate with Legal, Project Management, Marketing and Business Development departments.
  • Experience in contractual issue resolution.
  • Experience in Contract and other Agreement preparation and management through various phases: preparation/negotiation, signature, execution, closure or conclusion or termination.
  • Candidate must be meticulous, accurate, self-motivated, organized and team player with communication skills towards customer(s) and partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
