The Contract Manager’s main responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the company’s negotiations, obligations and implementation related to contracts’ procurement and documentation for the company global contracting activities. The holder of the role is responsible for negotiating contracts, advising management and supervising the accuracy, overall compliance and implementation of contracts. The role sits at the center of a business and ensures every client, partner and supplier agreement reflects our legal, commercial and operational standards.

The successful candidate will manage complex, multi-party agreements across multiple jurisdictions and service lines (MDR, DFIR, Exposure Management, etc.) and act as the key coordination point between Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate all types of agreements (MSAs, Frame Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, DPAs, Partner and Reseller Agreements, etc.)
  • Actively participates in the preparation and negotiation of the terms and conditions of contracts by developing contract and procurement documentation.
  • Identifies the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from intake to signature, across clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Highlights and consults on contract variations, exemptions, extensions etc.
  • Monitors, evaluates and reports on risk and contract performance against KPIs and requirements, and implements strategies to drive value
  • Manage clause libraries, templates, and approval workflows across multiple entities (Greece, Germany, UK, UAE, KSA).
  • Support stakeholders in evaluating commercial and legal risks proposing contractual structures that enable business growth while safeguarding compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in contract management, commercial legal, or commercial operations roles within technology, cybersecurity, or managed services.
  • Deep understanding of contracts, contracts governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle combined with demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Ability to deal effectively with confidential information, well-organized and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in negotiation, with the ability to engage effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare complex procurement and technical documents, and communicate effectively
  • Able to quickly step into new fields and become expert on new products or services while being fully aligned with the company’s expectations and principles

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in building or optimizing contract management frameworks and policies.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PDPL, and similar data protection frameworks.
  • Nice to have German language skills or experience handling contracts under German law.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Paralegal, or Contract Management.
