How will you help us make an impact? 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts Manager will be a critical link between our sales and operations teams—helping to ensure our customer contracts are executed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

You’ll take ownership of the contracting process, driving deals forward by coordinating reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and managing communication between internal stakeholders and external clients. You’ll partner closely with our fractional legal counsel to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance while maintaining momentum toward closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational precision, cross-functional collaboration, and the satisfaction of helping deals get done. This is a highly autonomous role ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment. You’ll have the freedom to own and improve our contracting process end-to-end; balancing structure with speed and making practical, business-focused decisions to help deals move forward.

What you will do:

Contract Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the contracting process between Sales, Operations, Legal, and external clients.
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and related documents (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) using approved templates.
  • Partner with our fractional legal counsel on escalations, redlines, and non-standard terms.
  • Track and manage contract progress, ensuring that deals move swiftly through internal and client reviews.
  • Maintain version control, execution status, and document integrity throughout the contract lifecycle.

Deal Support & Process Efficiency

  • Proactively drive contracts forward to meet sales and customer deadlines; identify blockers or ambiguities in deals and drive resolution without waiting for escalation.
  • Ensure all necessary internal approvals (legal, finance, leadership) are secured before execution.
  • Coordinate signatures through DocuSign or equivalent systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Salesforce) and contract management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and reduce turnaround times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure contracts reflect business terms and compliance requirements.
  • Support sales enablement by maintaining contract playbooks, FAQs, and negotiation guidelines.
  • Work with Finance and Operations to align contract terms on pricing guidelines, billing, renewals, and revenue recognition requirements.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, legal standards, and data protection requirements.
  • Support internal reporting on contract pipeline, risk areas, and cycle times.
  • Maintain a complete and auditable repository of all executed agreements.

What do you bring to the team? 🧠

Qualifications
