The Contracts Coordinator / Paralegal supports Blueprint’s legal and operational functions by managing the entire contract flow: intake, formatting, redlining support, signature routing, execution tracking, and organized filing. This role also requires hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and will lead the transition to Blueprint’s new CLM platform, including migrating existing agreements and establishing structured workflows. This role ensures efficient, accurate movement of contracts and provides the General Counsel with clean drafts ready for review. It is a foundational position for building Blueprint’s legal infrastructure.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract pipeline: receive agreements, prepare clean drafts, route for internal review, and send final drafts to the General Counsel.
  • Assist with drafting and redlining basic agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, amendments) under direction of the General Counsel.
  • Coordinate signatures and ensure proper execution through DocuSign or equivalent tools.
  • Maintain accurate version control, organize file structures, and ensure all executed agreements are properly stored and catalogued.
  • Lead the implementation of a new contract management system, including migration of all legacy agreements, setup of metadata, and creation of standardized workflows.
  • Maintain the CLM database on an ongoing basis, ensuring deadlines, renewals, obligations, and contract statuses are accurately tracked.
  • Coordinate with operations, product, supply chain, and external partners to gather information needed for contracts.
  • Assist with preparing cease-and-desist letters, DMCA takedowns, and other actions to protect Blueprint’s intellectual property online.
  • Support compliance documentation and maintain organized legal files and internal records.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to contract workflows and legal infrastructure over time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a paralegal, contracts coordinator, legal operations specialist, or similar legal support role.
  • Hands-on experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to upload, organize, migrate, and manage contracts within a CLM platform.
  • Competence with contract formatting, proofreading, and basic drafting.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of agreements with precision and speed.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable identifying inconsistencies or missing terms and escalating appropriately.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a business environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience migrating or onboarding a new CLM system.
  • Experience in CPG, wellness, supplements, manufacturing, or regulated consumer products is highly desired but not required.
  • Familiarity with FDA/FTC advertising rules, labeling standards, or compliance documentation helpful but not required.
  • Experience improving file systems, workflows, or legal operations.
  • Paralegal certificate helpful but not required.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced or founder-led organizations.
