π Contract Transitions Specialist
π Location: On-site, Open-Space Office
β° Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00 - 17:00
π Responsibilities:
β
Support the team in processing contract transitions (contract takeovers, asset sales, contract terminations) for existing customers.
β
Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via email.
β
Act as a key interface between customers, Customer Care, Technical Customer Service, Legal, and Portfolio Management.
β
Assist in projects and drive process improvements.
πΌ Key Tasks:
πΉ Execute administrative tasks related to rental/loan contract transfers.
πΉ Create new customer accounts and transfer assets accordingly.
πΉ Update monitoring data and other relevant information using Salesforce and various web interfaces.
π German language skills at B2 level (mandatory).
β‘ Ideally, some professional experience in the energy sector or an administrative field.
π‘ Proactive mindset β you contribute ideas, find solutions, and understand operational processes comprehensively.
π Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.
π A degree or vocational training is a plus, but career changers are warmly welcomed!
