Partnership Development Coordinator - Contracting

Own the Details That Power Partnerships

You’re the kind of person who reads the fine print and who follows the paper trail. You know that behind every successful partnership is someone making sure the details are right, the paperwork is clean, and the follow-through is airtight.

As a Contracting Coordinator, you will sit at the operational center of our partnerships. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Field Management, and Account Management teams to ensure new accounts, agencies, and agents are onboarded accurately and efficiently. Your work will directly impact how quickly we can serve our partnered funeral homes and support our field teams!

If you thrive in a precision based role, value professionalism, and wants visibility into how partnerships are built and sustained at scale – this role is for you!

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

In your first three months, you’ll immerse yourself in the contracting function, learning the full lifecycle from paperwork to carrier communication. As you grow, you’ll move from data-entry focused tasks to full ownership of complex processes including:

  • Owning the onboarding lifecycle. Process contracting paperwork, carrier appointments, licensing requirements, and commission setups so new accounts and agents launch accurately and on time.

  • Serve as the operational connector. Partner with Business Development, Field Managers, Account Managers, and insurance carriers to track details, document decisions, and move partnerships from first contact to full activation.

  • Protecting data integrity and reporting. Maintain Salesforce records, commission schedules, and forecasting data so leadership and field teams can operate with clarity and confidence.

  • Delivering precision under pressure. Manage a high-volume inbox, build detailed commission structures in Excel, and respond quickly and professionally while identifying ways to streamline processes.

What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife

  • Competitive exempt salary based on experience
  • 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually
  • Minimum 6-weeks parental leave
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • 401k, with company match and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, payroll, accounting, or detail-heavy operational experience. A bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially with numbers, contracts, commissions, and documentation.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, across virtual and in-person settings.
  • Comfort working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, along with Excel, Google Drive, DocuSign, and PDF editing tools.
  • Experience with payroll, money handling, commission structures, or CRM management is a strong plus!
