We are looking for a Contract Vehicle Manager to join our Customer Operations team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the development, strategy, execution, and management of contract vehicles and procurement paths across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. This is a strategic and highly collaborative role with visibility across the organization, perfect for someone excited by the opportunity to shape procurement operations and influence how Mark43 engages with complex contract vehicles. This role will support the strategy and execution of contract vehicles and procurement paths across State, Local, Education, Federal, and UK markets.

What You’ll Do

If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:

  • Developed and implemented strategies for managing procurement vehicles in State, Local, Education, Federal, and UK markets, including IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and cooperative purchasing agreements
  • Partnered with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Partnerships, Capture, Operations, and Services to submit a proposal for a new government-wide contract vehicle
  • Conducted a compliance review to ensure an active vehicle aligned with FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Collaborated with vendors and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve a performance issue
  • Tracked contract modifications and ensured timely reporting to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Reviewed budget performance and contract spending trends to inform sourcing strategies
  • Managed all phases of a contract lifecycle, from solicitation and negotiation to award, modifications, and closeout

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a Contract Vehicle Manager with at least 8 years of professional experience working with and managing procurement paths, contract vehicles, contract administration, and capture. Experience selling into Government customers is strongly preferred. This level of experience is critical given the complexity of our engagements and the strategic nature of the role. Experience using and building with AI tools is also a plus.

People who thrive on our team also tend to share the following characteristics:

  • Willing to do the work and take initiative—you don’t wait for direction to spot issues or improve a process
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization, especially when managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract types (fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, T&M) and acquisition procedures
  • Comfortable navigating legal and regulatory frameworks, especially FAR and DFARS
  • Curious and humble, always looking to improve and learn from others

Our team is fully remote, and this role is open to candidates located in approved states across the U.S.
