🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, performance-driven Marketing Specialist to support a high-priority Talent Placement initiative within a global learning and workforce transformation company.

In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with fast, hands-on execution, leading full-funnel campaigns that directly drive revenue. You’ll own content, automation, targeting, and optimization—and work closely with international stakeholders in sales and operations to continuously refine results.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida, with working hours aligned to US (preferred) or UK business time zones. While the role begins as a short-term contract, we’re looking to convert the right person into a full-time team member who thrives in a high-accountability, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Full-Funnel Campaign Execution

  • Design and deploy campaigns that generate qualified leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and support revenue close.

AI-Powered Content Development

  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to develop high-quality email cadences, landing pages, ads, and more—quickly and at scale.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Build workflows in HubSpot to segment, nurture, and re-engage leads. Coordinate with Outreach and Salesforce to support end-to-end pipeline visibility.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track lead quality, opportunity creation, and funnel velocity. Use data to drive continual improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Align closely with sales and operations on campaign timing, messaging, targeting, and performance feedback.

Project Ownership

  • Manage priorities and deadlines independently across multiple campaigns, balancing strategic execution with tactical delivery.
