Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team. This individual will be recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical positions.  

  • Screens, interviews, sources, and provides the highest level of recruitment services to internal stakeholders
  • Assists with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leadership
  • Provides guidance and feedback to hiring decision makers throughout the recruitment
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external candidates and
  • Manages the recruitment process electronically through the talent acquisition system and other available resources.
  • Makes offers and manages the offer process within these guidelines, to include any relocation and bonuses that may be offered.
  • Responsible for onboarding of new hires and completion of all applicable background checks
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
  • Must be able to be on-site at our Sparks Maryland
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with applicant-tracking software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit at a computer and use a phone/video technology for hours at a time.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time Contract 3-6 month

Hourly Rate: $26.50-38.46

Bonus Plan: Eligible

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
