Responsibilities

  • analyze customer contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness 
  • support the full contracts and subcontracts administrative cycle 
  • support the legal review and execution of contractual documents (contract/subcontract agreements, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, reseller agreements, representations and certifications, etc.) 
  • enter contract attributes and uploads and details in Company systems 
  • manage queues within the Company’s CRM system for contract maintenance updates  
  • promptly respond to inquiries from internal business units and delivery teams regarding contract information 
  • act in the capacity of an information resource providing non-complex contractual validations and advice 
  • support work our business development efforts by reviewing and commenting on solicitations, completing solicitation forms including Standard Forms (SF), representations and certifications and other required documents 
  • support team members to ensure compliance, legal and operations teams to ensure all aspects of the contracting process meet company and federal requirements,  
  • process contractual documents including; awards, modifications as well as contract renewals 
  • process subcontract task orders 
  • contract / subcontract reporting, ad hoc reporting 
  • various other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Possess 5 years’ general experience with a minimum of 3 years contract administrative experience working in the Federal space 
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Work well in a deadline oriented environment 
  • Ability to work remotely in an effective and accountable manner 
  • Proficient in the use and application of MS Office suite apps 
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with GSA Schedules, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs), False Claims Act, etc.  
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of various Government portals (GSA eBuy, Advantage!, GSA vendor portal, SAM.gov, etc.)

$63,000 – $73,000 per year
