In the role of the Contract Specialist in Sales Support, you will be in the center of our core customer interactions and involved in the contracting lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and execution.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer and partner onboardings.
  • Be responsible for key aspects of the drafting, review, analysis and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial contracts, including cloud and on-premise subscriptions, license, and professional services, and data processing agreements.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements such as the implementation and use of contract management tools, approval tools as well as document management within Microsoft 365.
  • Interact with stakeholders within the organization, including but not limited to sales, finance, security, compliance and senior management.
  • Responsibility for a global set of customers and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal or a related field including contractual law
  • Relevant work experience of 1-3 years
  • Business proficient language skills in German and English - skills in other languages relevant to our business such as Spanish, French, Italian or Japanese are considered a plus
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management
  • True team player, willing to drive interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve common goals
  • ”Get it done” and “take ownership” mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in the mentioned languages
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially Word - experience in Redlining
